Here is the simple logic.. Spammers use known email address lists! Lists sold online.
Spammers send the same message to multiple email addresses.. the same “display name”, same “title”, same sending “email address domain”, same “body content”, so software developers use these “known” factors into their ‘block’ lists.
The moment a new message is identified as spam (received 3+) the offending spammer (display name, title, email address) is added to its block list and update offered to subscribers.
Subscribers elect to update its block list hourly, every 3 hours or daily.
LOGIC
We have multiple domain names. Over many years, email addresses have got onto spammers lists. When a spammer sends out a message, we get 3+ emails (same message).
Logic query = if same email sent to xxx@xxx.com, then add (display name, title, email address) to block list.
